Why Attend This Workshop?

Learn why a proactive, movement-based approach may offer more long-term support than simply resting or hoping symptoms resolve on their own.
Discover gentle techniques that may encourage better lymphatic drainage, ease pressure, and support daily comfort and confidence.
Explore approachable, at-home tools—like self-guided movement, breathwork, and posture awareness—that may promote natural relief.
Leave with practical, encouraging strategies designed to help you feel more supported, informed, and in control of your body’s recovery and wellness.

Why Listen To Me?
I’ve dedicated my career to supporting women in the Green Bay community who are looking for safe, natural ways to care for their pelvic floor & lymphatic health.
Many women from the area have already attended my workshops—chances are someone you know has found value in what we share together.
My goal is to help you understand what may be contributing to your issues—and offer tools and education that support your confidence, comfort, and peace of mind moving forward.
